Housefull 5 Teaser Taken Down, Makers File Case
Housefull 5 is a big comedy movie starring Akshay Kumar and many other popular actors. It is set to release on June 6, 2025. People were very excited when the teaser came out online, but it was suddenly removed from YouTube. A music company named Mofusion Studios claimed that the teaser used a song called “Laal Pari” without permission, so YouTube took it down.
The makers of the movie, Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment (NGE), were upset by this. They said that Honey Singh, the singer of the song, had given them written proof that he owns the rights to “Laal Pari”. Because of this, NGE believes the copyright claim was wrong, and they have now filed a legal case against both Mofusion Studios and YouTube.
The film team is also angry at YouTube for removing the teaser without asking them first. They feel this action hurt their image and promotion plans. So, they have asked YouTube to put the teaser back online. If YouTube doesn’t do that, they are demanding ₹25 crore as compensation.
Even with this issue, the movie’s promotions are going strong. The first song, “Laal Pari,” became very popular. Two more songs will be released soon, and the full trailer is coming on May 21. The movie is said to be the longest and most expensive in the Housefull series, and fans are looking forward to its release.
