Rocket Boys 2 New Teaser: Releasing This March
Rocket Boys Season 2 delves into the origin story of India’s journey to become a nuclear power, as revealed in the latest teaser released on Sunday. The highly-regarded SonyLIV series is set to make its comeback with its second season in March.

The teaser of Rocket Boys 2 showcases India’s determination to succeed despite all challenges, as a team of scientists including Dr APJ Abdul Kalam, Dr Homi Sethna, and Dr Raja Ramanna, along with Prime Minister Indira Gandhi, plan to carry out a nuclear test. The one minute and sixteen second teaser effectively builds tension, creating a sense of anticipation for the historic event to come.
The official synopsis of Rocket Boys 2 states, “In the midst of global conflict and with enemies looming at our borders, India’s attainment of nuclear power served as the ultimate deterrent against the threat of war. Join us as we witness the remarkable journey of India’s foremost scientists as they forge a new era where no one dared to challenge the sovereignty of their nation.”
Rocket Boys is a creation of Nikkhil Advani, Roy Kapur Films, and Emmay Entertainment and is produced by Siddharth Roy Kapur, Monisha Advani, and Madhu Bhojwani. The series is penned and helmed by Abhay Pannu.
Rocket Boys 2 features a talented cast that includes Arjun Radhakrishnan, Regina Cassandra, Rajat Kapur, Dibyendu Bhattacharya, Namit Das, and Saba Azad in crucial roles.
The first season of Rocket Boys premiered in February of the previous year and received widespread acclaim for its writing and acting. The season centered around three pivotal decades, from the 1940s to the 1960s, and chronicled India’s formative years in the field of science.
